Terms of Service

BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION
THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S.

PRICING

  • The full price consist of: labor quote (split into two payments)

  • + material cost

  • + shipping fee

  • The upfront payment (first 50% of labor quote + material cost) is not refundable.

  • The commission request will be confirmed after this upfront payment is correctly received.

  • The wig will be shipped only after the full payment is correctly received.

  • In case of a tight deadline, an urgency fee will be requested. Fees will range between 10% to 100% of the labor price, depending on the requested date and how busy i am.

  • Payment should be in EUR, please convert before sending!

  • If a commissioner wishes for a refund, they will receive 100% only if no steps have been taken at all

WORK PROCESS

  • If no specific deadline is stated, the work process will take at least two weeks, starting from the arrival of the materials until the day the final product is shipped.

  • I'll provide limited pictures of the process to allow the customer to make specific changes while the wig is being styled. Multiple time consuming changes may be done under additional fees. Please note that work in progress pictures are not going to reflect the full product. I kindly ask you to “trust the process”.

  • Every wig is handmade and thus unique. It’s possible to replicate old commissions but i cannot guarantee a precise copy of an old work. Traces of hairspray, glue, and other materials are to be expected.

  • It's impossible to copy another stylist’s work or style.i can always adapt and do something similar

GENERAL CONDUCT & RECEIVING THE FINISHED WIG

  • Verbal and sexual abuse will not be tolerated.

  • Do not claim the commission as your own work.

  • It's not necessary to credit the wigmaker under any picture posted on social media, but highly appreciated regardless. so if you can, do it, otherwise, no problem.

  • - I'm not liable for any misuse or miscare of the wig after you received it. However i'm happy to provide tips and replies to any care question at any given time.

BREACH OF TERMS OF SERVICE

  • In case of breach of terms of service, i'm free to break the contract and stop work on the commission with no refund. This will not happen without a warning.

How long until my wig is ready?
It depends on how much time the base materials take to arrive to me, and how many other wigs I have to do other than yours. If you have a specific deadline, let’s talk about it!

Can I ask for a prop to go with the wig?
Of course, we can discuss it no problem.

My wig got ruined after I used it. What can I do?
